Fellow residents of Promitto;

For those of you who may not know me, my name is Black Jack. I am a doctor.

I've taken over the hospital in the Residential District. It took some work, but I've gotten it back to working standards. It shouldn't be hard to find.

You are welcome to stop by if you require medical expertise, but my services are not free of charge. Fees are to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Ah, I'm not human. I used to be, but I don't know what that counts for.

"Used to be"? [How did you even change your species man] If the changes are not significant, it shouldn't be an issue.

Of course, the best avenue is not to get hurt in the first place.

Yes, I used to be human in my younger years, but it's been quite some time since then. I still have certain mannerisms associated with being human though, and really, nobody can even tell that I'm not human. So I guess nothing has really changed about my body.

But yes, I agree. The best cure for something is just not to have it happen.
