Hello, people of Promitto and fellow outsiders like myself. As I'm sure everyone is well-aware of, this...Veloxia is in a bit of trouble and needs repairs. My question to you is this: what, exactly, is wrong with her? I wasn't able to get much out of her other than the fact that she needs fixing.

[She makes a discontented noise.]

As good as I am with machines, it will take me time to get to know this...world's, for lack of a better term, technology. I might be able to diagnose what the cause of her recent problems are in that instance, but I'd really like to know now whether the issue is at a critical point. If we can't afford the luxury of getting to know steam powered or whatever energy they use here machinery, then we'll need to come up with something suitable for the short-term with limited resources and knowledge.

[Artemis pauses, both for effect and for it all to sink in.]

So. Where shall I start with getting together this information?

We have not been able to figure out that part yet, the best we have as far as information are the three people that were here before all of us when we arrived.

[But this is good, someone that seems to know what she wants to plan out and decide.]

Your best bet would be to get into contact with them. As for figuring out the technology...well, Veloxia has not broken down yet, she did manage to bring us all here, it's different from nuclear physics, but it should be simple to figure out.

If your looking for information, your probably not going to find anything more then our captors have already told us.

So far they've been pretty tight-lipped about more then a few things concerning why they need us and just how we can fix the problem.

No one really knows, to be honest. We've kind of got not information to go off of, so everyone's guessing.

It's weird, right? Why bring us here to fix something and then not just tell us how to fix it? Or better yet, just fix it themselves without dragging us all here?

[ huff. she's still kinda mad about this. ]

Perhaps it's because they lack the skills required to identify the true cause of the problems and or to fix this cause with what they have. Or maybe the one who caused the malfunction is one of the natural citizens here, and she doesn't trust them enough to fix her.
